Kidney Beans or Rajma – 100 grams
Onion – 1 piece medium( chopped)
Tomato – 1 piece medium( chopped)
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
first of all soak the Kidney Beans or Rajma overnight or for atleast 4 hours in water.
Now boil the beans in cooker for 5 to 6 whistles with two to three cups of water.
Next drain the water and transfer to a bowl.
To the boiled kidney beans add chopped onions,tomatoes,lemon juice,chat masala and salt to taste.
Your salad is ready for consumption.
Kidney beans salad is an excellent option for heathy and tasty morning Breakfast.
