Badam Nariyal Laddo is a very easy to make and healthy Dessert option.
Recipe
Ingredients
- Almonds – 1 cup
- Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
- Cashews – 10 pieces
- Raisins – 2 tablespoon
- Clarified butter (ghee) – 5 teaspoon
- Cardamom powder – 5 teaspoon
- Sugar -1/2 cup
Procedure
- Dry roast the almonds for 4 to 5 minutes and keep aside for cooling.
- Take the grated coconut and dry roast it 4 to 5 minutes as well. Keep aside for cooling.

- Take a kadhai and add 2 teaspoon ghee. Cook the raisins and cashews till they turn light brown.

- Grind the roasted almonds and coconut separately.

- Take a large plate and pour both grinded almonds and coconut into it.
- To this add the cooked cashew, raisins, cardamom powder, sugar and rest of the ghee.

- Make round balls out of the mixture.
- If it seems dry add more of ghee.
- Adjust the sugar according to your taste.
The Badam Nariyal Laddoos are ready to eat !!
You can also make the same with jaggery instead of sugar.
