This is an excellent breakfast option that is healthy and great in taste. It is popular in South India and known as ‘Pesarattu’.

Ingredients
Dosa filling
- Onion – 1 piece(chopped)
- Tomato – 1 piece(chopped)
- Capsicum – 1 piece(chopped)
- Carrot- 1 piece(chopped)
- Any other seasonal vegetable – 1 piece(chopped)
Green chutney
- Green coriander – 50 grams
- Green chili – 1 piece medium
- Tomato – 1 piece
- Salt – to taste
- Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Dosa
- Green split moong dal -1 bowl(soaked overnight)
- Rice -1 bowl(soaked overnight)
- Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
Procedure
Dosa filling
- Wash all vegetables properly with water and chop them into small pieces.
- Sauté them with little oil or butter in a kadhai with salt to taste.
Green Chutney
- Wash chutney ingredients green coriander, green chili and tomato with water.
- Put them in mixer and make smooth paste.
- Transfer it to bowl and add salt and lemon juice.
- Adjust to your taste.
Dosa
- Make a smooth paste of rice , daal, cumin seeds, salt and sugar in mixer.
- Transfer it to medium sized bowl.
- Take a spoonful of paste and spread on tawa. Let it cook till crispy.
- Put the filling while folding the dosa.
Serve Green Split Moong Daal Dosa hot with chutney.
