This is a healthy vegan version of the popular Milkshake with added goodness of Dates,Dry fruits and Banana.
Ingredients
- Almond Milk – 100 ml
- Dates – 4 pieces ( deseeded)
- Coconut – 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Fox nuts(makhane)- 1 teaspoon (roasted and crushed)
- Dry fruits – 1 teaspoon ( almond,cashew, raisins chopped fine)
- Preparation time – 10 minutes
- Serving – 2 persons
Procedure
- Add Almond Milk and dates in a mixer jar and churn for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from jar and place in glass.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits, grated coconut and crushed makhane.
- Serve chilled.
