Cucumber – 1 piece medium
Onion – 1 piece
Tomato – 1 piece
Lemon Juice – 2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Bread slice – 4 pieces
Butter – 4 teaspoon
Cut cucumber, onion and tomato into slices. To this add salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder. Mix them well.
This is the green salad .
Take a pair of bread slice and butter it on both sides. Make a toast out of it.
Place the green salad between the bread slices.
Your green salad sandwich is ready.
You can add any other vegetable of your choice to the salad .
Its an excellent Breakfast option for diabetics that is low on calories, healthy and tasty as well.
