This is a very tasty dish made out of mango and bread.
Bread – 8 pieces
Clarified butter (Ghee)- 10 ml
Mango -2 pieces
Cashew- 10 pieces
Almond – 10 pieces
Raisins – 10 pieces
Mango – 1 piece medium peeled and chopped
Cardamom powder – 2 teaspoon
Sugar- 1/2 cup or to taste
Milk – 1 litre
Take the bread slices and cut into two pieces in triangles.
Take a tawa and add clarified butter to it. Cook both sides of each slice of bread in clarified butter well.
Take a kadhai and add clarified butter to it. Add all dry fruits and cut mango to it. Let it cook for a little while .Add milk to it.bring it to boil.Add sugar cardamom powder and mango pieces to the mixture.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take another large kadhai or pan and place the bread pieces on it .Spread out and one over the other.
Pour the milk mixture over it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve Mango Shahi Tukda hot or cold but immediately. Add more milk and sugar mixture to the dish if the bread soaks all the liquid.
