Ingredients
- Bael fruit -1 medium size
- Sugar -5 teaspoon or to taste
- Milk -2 teaspoon
- Salt -1/4 teaspoon
- Water – 1 liter
Procedure
- Remove the hard covering of the fruit and extract the pulp with the help of a spoon.
- Put the pulp in 1 liter of water for 30 minutes so that it softens.
- Remove the hard pulpy portion and seeds with hands.
- For this you need to churn your hand around the solution.
- You can use large sized sieve to remove the bigger size pulp that may not be nice to drink.
- Add sugar to taste,2 teaspoon of milk and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well and serve with ice cubes.
- Serve Bael ka Pana Chilled.
