This a great snack option that is easy to make and tastes great too.
Gram flour(Besan) -1 bowl
Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilli – 1 piece(chopped)
Green coriander – 1 teaspoon(chopped)
Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt -to taste
Water – 100 ml
Oil – 5ml
Mix besan with salt ,baking soda, red chili powder, green coriander , green chili with water.
Make a smooth mixture out of the same with no lumps.
Take a non stick tawa and spread the oil. Now add a tablespoon of the solution in it. Let it cook for few minutes.
Spread little oil in the the top and flip it over.
Cook for several more minutes till it turns little brown or golden.
Serve Besan ka Cheela hot with chutney or sauce.
