Ingredients
Bael fruit -1 medium size
Sugar -5 teaspoon or to taste
Milk -2 teaspoon
Salt -1/4 teaspoon
Water – 1 litre
Procedure
Remove the hard covering of the fruit and extract the pulp with the help of a spoon.
Put the pulp in 1 liter of water for 30 minutes so that it softens.
Remove the hard pulpy portion and seeds with hands.
For this you need to churn your hand around the solution.
You can use large sized sieve to remove the bigger size pulp that may not be nice to drink.
Add sugar to taste,2 teaspoon of milk and a pinch of salt.
Mix well and serve with ice cubes.
Serve Bael ka Pana Chilled.
