Ingredients
- Cucumber – 1 piece medium
- Onion – 1 piece
- Tomato – 1 piece
- Lemon Juice – 2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Bread slice – 4 pieces
- Butter – 4 teaspoon
Procedure
- Cut cucumber, onion and tomato into slices.
- To this add salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder.
- Mix them well.
- This is the green salad .
- Take a pair of bread slice and butter it on both sides.
- Make a toast out of it.
- Place the green salad between the bread slices.
- Your Green Salad Sandwich is ready.
- You can add any other vegetable of your choice to the salad .
Its an excellent Breakfast option for diabetics that is low on calories, healthy and tasty as well.
