Ingredients
- Gram flour(Besan) -1 bowl
- Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Green chilli – 1 piece(chopped)
- Green coriander – 1 teaspoon(chopped)
- Baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt -to taste
- Water – 100 ml
- Oil – 5ml
Procedure
- Mix besan with salt ,baking soda, red chili powder, green coriander , green chili with water.
- Make a smooth mixture out of the same with no lumps.
- Take a non stick tawa and spread the oil.
- Now add a tablespoon of the solution in it.
- Let it cook for few minutes.
- Spread little oil in the the top and flip it over.
- Cook for several more minutes till it turns little brown or golden.
- Serve Besan ka Cheela hot with chutney or sauce.
