Chickpeas – 100 grams
Onion – 1 piece
Tomato – 1 piece
Carrot – 1 piece
Lemon – 1 piece
Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Paneer – 50 grams
Green coriander – 1 bunch
Procedure
Chickpea salad is a healthy breakfast option with high protein and fiber content.It has the protein goodness of chickpea lentil and fiber content of salad ingredients.
Soak chickpeas in water for at least 4-5 hours. After that boil them in cooker with 8-10 whistles.While boiling add salt to the water.
Mix boiled chickpeas with chopped onion, tomato, carrot, salt, lemon juice and chat masala. Put salt as required.
Dress it up with chopped green coriander and shredded paneer(cottage cheese).
