This is a very tasty dish made out of mango and bread.

Ingredients
- Bread – 8 pieces
- Clarified butter (Ghee)- 10 ml
- Mango -2 pieces
- Cashew- 10 pieces
- Almond – 10 pieces
- Raisins – 10 pieces
- Mango – 1 piece (medium peeled and chopped)
- Cardamom powder – 2 teaspoon
- Sugar- 1/2 cup or to taste
- Milk – 1 liter
Procedure
- Take the bread slices and cut into two pieces in triangles.
- Take a tawa and add clarified butter to it.
- Cook both sides of each slice of bread in clarified butter well.
- Keep aside.
- Take a kadhai and add clarified butter to it.
- Add all dry fruits and cut mango to it.
- Let it cook for a little while .Add milk to it.
- Bring it to boil.
- Add sugar cardamom powder and mango pieces to the mixture.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Take another large kadhai or pan and place the bread pieces on it .
- Spread out and one over the other.
- Pour the milk mixture over it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve Mango Shahi Tukda hot or cold but immediately.
- Add more milk and sugar mixture to the dish if the bread soaks all the liquid.
