This is an excellent healthy Breakfast recipe that can be easily made.
Ingredient
- Porridge(Dalia) – 1 bowl
- Green moong lentil – 1 bowl
- Cumin seeds – ¼ teaspoon
- Asafoetida – ¼ teaspoon
- Red chili whole -1 piece
- Chopped Vegetables – 1 piece each ( potato , capsicum , carrot , peas ,tomato onion
Procedure
Healthy and tasty breakfast – Namkeen Dalia (porridge) made with green split Moong Daal (lentil) mixed with vegetables carrot , capsicum , potato, peas , tomato, onion and green coriander.
- Take Dalia or porridge .
- Dry roast on a kadai and put aside.
- Keep the green moong split daal soaked in water for half an hour.
- Take a cooker add little oil .
- Temper with asafetida , cumin seeds and red chili whole.
- Add all cut vegetables and fry a little .
- Put the roasted Dalia and daal.
- Sauté a little and mix well.
- Put water and salt and turmeric powder red chili powder and close the cooker.
- Its ready in four whistles .
- Really yummy to eat also.
- Adjust water according to your taste you want it dry or curry like.
