This is a healthy Breakfast recipe with high protein content.
Ingredients
For Sandwich
- Bread – 4 pieces
- Butter – 4 to 5 teaspoon
For Green chutney
- Green coriander – 4 to 5 bunches( soaked)
- Green chili – 1 piece medium
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 2 piece medium
- Tomato – 1 piece

- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
For Paneer filling
- Cottage cheese(Paneer) – 100 grams
- Onion -1 piece
- Tomato – 1 piece
- Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Chat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
Procedure
Green chutney
- Put all ingredients except lemon juice and salt in mixer.
- Put it in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
- This gives zing to the sandwich and also makes the sandwich melt into your mouth.
Paneer filling
- Add oil to kadhai.
- Add onion and tomato.
- Cook for a while. Add masalas – like coriander powder, Red chili powder .
- Then add shredded paneer to the mixture.
- Adjust the taste with salt and chat masala.
Sandwich
- Butter both sides of bread and make toast out of them.
- Put green chutney in the insides.
- Immediately put the paneer filling mixture on top of one side and cover it with the second bread with chutney on inner side of both.
- You may put it on cooking again both side or serve directly.
- Green Paneer Sandwich should be served immediately as the Green Chutney makes it soggy very quickly.
