Suji ki kachori is a tasty snack and breakfast option really easy to make.

Ingredients
Kachori
- Water – 3 cups
- Semolina – 1 cup
- Carom seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
Filling
- Potato – 2 medium sized(boiled, peeled and mashed)
- Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
- Green chilli – 2 pieces(chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Green coriander – 2 teaspoon(chopped)
- Chat masala- 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
- Oil – for frying and greasing
Procedure
Kachori
- Take a kadhai and add 2 cups of water.
- Let it come to boil .
- Add semolina to it.
- Keep stirring the mixture till the mixture thickens into a dough.
Keep it aside and let it cool. - Now add a little water, carom seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt and oil.
- Mix them all together well.
The kachori dough is ready.
Filling
- Take a large bowl.
- Add boiled mashed potatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chili, chat masala,salt, garam masala and green coriander.
- Mix them all together.
- Your filling is ready.
- Now take little oil to grease your palm.
- Take a small portion of the kachori dough and make round balls.
- Flatten them and put the filling inside them.
- Close the kachori with hands and flatten them.
- Deep fry or shallow fry in oil.
Serve Suji Ki Kachori hot with chutney or sauce.
