Ingredients
Kabab
- Black chickpeas (Kale Chane) – 100 grams soaked overnight and boiled
- Onion – 1 piece chopped
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green chilli – 1 piece
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
- Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
Green Chutney
- Green coriander – 1 bowl
- Green chilli – 1 piece
- Tomato – 1piece
- Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
Procedure
- Put all green chutney ingredients in mixer and grind to a paste.
- Adjust salt in it and keep aside.
- Take black chickpeas with garlic, ginger, green chili in mixer and grind to a coarse paste.
- Pour the contents out in a bowl and add all ingredients namely- coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala ,salt.
- Mix well and make small balls out of this.
- If it is too thick add water to the paste.
- If it is too thin add besan (gram flour).
Then flatten the balls into the shape of kababs .
- After that shallow fry both sides in pan with ghee preferably or butter.
- Serve Kale Chane Kababs hot with Green Chutney.
