Ingredients
- Kidney Beans or Rajma – 100 grams
- Onion – 1 piece medium( chopped)
- Tomato – 1 piece medium( chopped)
- Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
- Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
Procedure
- First of all soak the Kidney Beans or Rajma overnight or for at least 4 hours in water.
- Now boil the beans in cooker for 5 to 6 whistles with two to three cups of water.
- Next drain the water and transfer to a bowl.
- To the boiled kidney beans add chopped onions,tomatoes,lemon juice,chat masala and salt to taste.
- Your salad is ready for consumption.
