Ingredients
Grated coconut – 1 Bowl
Sugar/Jaggery – 1 Bowl
Water – 1/2 Bowl
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Procedure
Take a kadhai and add 1/2 Bowl of water and 1 bowl sugar/jaggery.
Let it come to a boil.
Add grated coconut and cardamom powder.
Cook the mixture till it thickness enough to turn them into laddoos with hand.
Take it out in a large plate. Wet your hand with cold water and start making round balls with your palms.
We can’t wait for it too cool down a lot because then it becomes difficult to form shapely laddos.
Nariyal ke Laddoo or Narkeler Naru is ready to consume.
